    Baltimore ov73.5
They have the potential of Detroit a la 2006 season. Lots of young pitching talent ready with Tillman, Matusz, and Arrieta. They have a veteran bullpen, with the possiblity of johnson taking over the closer role.
The foundation of their lineup rests among three young outstanding players: Matt Wieters C (no need to mention his potential), Markakis who's already solidified himself as an elite outfielder and strong contact and RBI man, and Adam Jones who draws many comparisons to Ken Griffey jr.
If they have < 60 wins come september, consider this over cooked cuz the O's tend not to win in September
if not this year, then next

They won 64 last year, and despite the youth's likely progression this season and the addition of Millwood, I can't envision the O's winning 10 more games overall while playing in a division with the Yankees, Red Sox and Rays. IMO, they'll fall just shy of 73 wins.

dont get me wrong, its not that likely they can improve 10+ games in a year, but that talent has screamed for something better. Andy Mcphail has done a pretty good job regulating the innings pitched by his young up-and-coming stars. Either this year, or next, they should emerge into something competitive in the AL east (which means they should be a decent team overall).
