Tell me about it, right? Fourteen total men left on base too.
Langford and Seager each were two for three.
That middle of the Ranger order hammers crappy LHP.
Kikuchi is trash; he's a 35-year-old hamburger.
The only reason he's in the show is that the Angels are desperate for a starter and he's a southpaw, a crappy one at that.
In eight starts, he's been hammered seven times and has seen the sixth inning just once.
M's manager Scott Servais couldn't get Kikuchi out of Seattle fast enough after that 2021 season.
I loved Servais; he was a dirt dog of a catcher, and the only Mariner manager to have a .500 record, besides Sweet Lou.
Speaking of Seattle, the Cubbies absolutely waylaid the M's, 19-2, on 17 hits earlier.
Oh well.
Sometimes you have to settle for a no-action push on the total.
I liked the Rangers that game too, but I don't like to lay anything above -160.
That's baseball.
