remember its tougher to pitch in the al and easier in the nl
so in interleague games keep that in mind when comparing matchups

MAYBE:
when nl teams are visiitng al teams consider the nl pitcher era about a run higher?
and al visiting nl teams consider al pitcher's era a run lower?

Crayzee,
A full-run adjustment may be too much. American League teams are averaging 4.86 runs per game this year, while National League teams are averaging 4.41 runs, for a difference of 0.45 runs per game per team. So maybe an adjustment of 0.50 runs is more appropriate?

Also, and this is just sort of common wisdom which may be all or partly complete BS, but pitchers often say they have an edge when they have recently pitched in the other league, in these interleagu games. Jorge Sosa of the Mets said that about his start vs Detroit, which you can read about if you look back at it.
