Those who do have Juan Soto on roster-may want to keep him there as he is listed day to day and you don't want to have him on waivers or stashed or day trade him and he suddenly appears in the lineup. You will lose all kinds of money and your bookie will love you. I am only not using him in this format given the circumstances of his injury; which he underwent an MRI for yesterday

Wowzers! My studs on Saturday were barely making it to 5 frames and most if not all didn't record a 3-1 K/W ratio.
Well aces gonna ace and I have that definition for Skubal, Ragans, Fried (who's taking the day off and is #2), Jones, and Imanaga.
Imanaga has had a time of it recently and I don't expect for him to dominate the Red Leggins-but I do see both he and Montas going 5 frames or more and the Cubs prevailing because he gives them a chance.
Zack Littlell throws very few waste pitches or mistakes and his pitch separation makes me want to rate him higher-but it's the Orioles-so although he didn't even crack to the top 2 tiers he is worth the investment if you have a 15 teamer and are looking to fill out your daily roster.
Keaton Winn is making his first start back from the injured list and the Wanderers would like to not get swept by the Giants. Eovaldi is all stretched out now and ready. You should feel solid with this. Because this is a RL move you may want to wait until right up before game time in this format to be sure the listed arms are going-the Giants have a weird way of manipulating players much like the Brews
My CRUMBS POD Streamer of the day is Mitch Spence of the Athletics. What's not to like? He will have less than 20% of use and although he didn't locate his cutter and slider that well his last time out-he has the stuff when those are on to dominate the middling offense of the Jays. this will be a bullpen game for the Jays so hopefully the A's can pick them apart with their bats. Rooker has some really good numbers vs the relievers for them
I have to get out of here and go help set up for a cookout and get three picanha briskets rolling that I marinated overnight

#427Oh and overnight I stashed Jackson Jobe (Tigers) a prospect with top tier talent who's on the IL with a hamstring. I am estimating him to crack the big leagues around August 1st and take over the 5 starter spot for the big club. By getting him early I can use him as a 5X5 or on a 12 teamer straight out the gate and make a piss load of money for maybe two starts before the word gets aroundComment -

Strange but true-Burnes only has 10 at bats against him for the Rays and Ryan Pepiot has absolutely no at bats vs the Orioles. Despite the matchup Pepiot's 4 seamer is cooking so let him fly here with a nice and tasty FF UNDER and yes I am calling for the upset.
Rot.#901 Orioles/Rays UNDER FF NO LINE Burnes#1/Pepiot#5 1 UNIT
Rot.#902 Rays+130 Pepiot 2 UNITS
Check out these numbers and anyone can see why I am taking the FF UNDER for the Rox/Twins
Dakota Hudson vs Twins-34 at bats; 5 hits, 3K's, 3 BB, .147 AVG; .216 OBP; .217 SLG, .497 OPS
Chris Paddack vs Rox-23 at bats; 5 hts, 5 K's 2BB; .217 AVG, .280 OBP; .217 SLG; .497 OPS
So they aren't exactly striking out batters yet they are creating weak contact
Rot.#907 Rox/Twins UNDER 4.5 -115 FF Hudson#14 (DNS)/Paddack#10 1 UNIT
Dylan Cease has too much of a ceiling to deny vs the Athletics with a line that looks like
40 at bats; 15 K's (37.5%); 7 BB; .150 AVG; .277 OBP; .250 SLG; .527 OPS
The Fathers don't have Manny Machado in the fold right now due to injury. I won't pay negative money for a runline move so I choose a bat in this format and keep Cease on my roster.
Rot.#912 Fathers (Arraez) OVER 1.5 BASES +109 1 UNIT
Eric Fedde-can he keep the magic going on the highway? I say he gives me 5 frames vs a team he has only faced 21 at bats. For Gilbert vs the Pale Hose
44 at bats; 9 hits;11 K's,1 BB, .205 AVG; .222 OBP; .313 SLG, .540 OPS
Rot.#905 Pale Hose/Sailors UNDER 4.5 FF -125 Fedde#8/Gilbert#2 1 UNIT
Want K's? Berrios#6 vs Brews 46 at bats; 8 hits; 19 K's (41.3%); .174 AVG; .224 OBP; .413 SLG; .638 OPS
Rot.#909 Jays (Berrios#6) OVER 5.5 K's +104 1 UNIT
Arrighetti? the Giants are not a team to fear and if he keeps his heater upstairs with decent secondaries he should come out ahead

#438Looking ahead to tomorrow....
I haven't ranked my arms yet, nevertheless I know what I am looking for in this format
I know the Braves bats aren't working as they should-having Fried on the bump will minimalize that effect. Against the Orioles he is great
43 AT BATS; 7 HITS; 8 K'S; 4 BB; .163 AVG; .234 OBP; .326 SLG, .560 OPS
Rot.#959 Braves-125 ML Fried 2 UNITS

Zach Eflin (Rays) vs Cubs 78 AT BATS; 27 HITS (YIKES); 19 K'S, 5 BB; .346 AVG; .386 OBP; .641 SLG; 1.027 OPS
Rot.#963 Cubs+127 ML Taillon 2 UNITS
Jesus Luzardo (Fish) vs Metropolitans 102 AT BATS; 25 HITS; 29 K'S; 8 BB; .245 AVG; .300 OBP; .353 SLG; .653 OPS
Tyler Megill (Metropolitans) vs Fish 30 AT BATS; 8 HITS, 10 K'S; 4 WALKS; .267 AVG; .371 IBP; .533 SLG, .905 OPS
neither of these teams are lighting it up with their bats hitting .234 and .242 on average respectively
Rot.# 951 Fish/Metropolitans UNDER 4 FF -105 Luzardo/Megill 1 UNIT
It's not how a pitchers record looks. It's how he performs vs a team. I am no fool. I will probably have Zack Wheeler #1 when I rank and probably replace his production with Snakes bats. Why?
Zach Wheeler (Blunts) vs Red Sox 67 AT BATS; 23 HITS; 23 K'S; 2 BB; .343 AVG; .357 OBP; .478 SLG; .835 OPS
Kutter Crawford NO DATA VS BLUNTS
So what we have is a arm that no one on the Blunts has faced before who's a stud; and the Red Sox blast Wheeler into the shadow realm. I am calling for the upset as the wrong team will be favored and fresh off a trip back from London. Crawford's use rate will be low so this could potentially bring home the bacon
Rot.#968 Red Sox+146 ML Crawford 3 UNITS
Jose Suarez (Halos) vs Snakes 30 AT BATS; 10 HITS; 3 K'S; 2 BB; .333 AVG, .375 OBP; .700 SLG, 1.075 OPS
Jordan Montgomery (Snakes) vs Halos 25 AT BATS; 4 HITS; 5 K'S, 0 BB; .160 AVG, .160 OBP; .280 SLG, .440 OPS
Simple choice
Rot.#976 Snakes-1.5 RL Montgomery 2 UNITS
Rot.#976 Snakes Team Total OVER 5 +100 vs Suarez (REPLACEMENT FOR ZACH WHEELER) 1 UNIT

Rot.#958 Sailors (Woo) OVER 7 K's +110 1 UNIT
Marcus Stroman vs Royals 35 AT BATS; 7 HITS; 6 K'S; 3 BB; .200 AVG; .263 OBP; .200 SLG; .463 OPS
Brady Singer vs Bombers 48 AT BATS; 15 HITS; 15 K'S; 7 BB; .312 AVG; .400 OBP; .375 SLG; .775 OPS
Rot.#955 Bombers-130 ML Stroman 3 UNITS
For some reason-maybe public appeal, why is Kenta Maeda#23 (DNS) favored over Mitchell Parker#10. Maeda is a cherry bomb who can give an excellent performance or blow up in your face; a guy who can have a good performance every once in a full moon. #440FROM OUR DISCORD! I was juiced obviously LOL
Hello! I hope your Monday is treating you well!
The start of a new week can be tough, but for me, looking ahead and finding some fun things coming up that I can get excited about helps me get through my Monday. Let's do that together, baseball style. Here are some of the more intriguing matchups coming up this week.
Seth Lugo (KC) vs. Carlos Rodon (NYY), Tonight
An immovable object or an unstoppable force. Who wins? We'll find out tonight when the scorching-hot Yankees lineup faces off against Seth Lugo and his improbably hot start to the season. He enters the day 9-1 with a 2.13 ERA. Rodon has been no slouch himself. He hasn't quite regained his ace form, but he's well on his way. His 3.08 ERA and 1.08 WHIP are great, but his elite strikeout numbers haven't returned quite yet. He's boasting a 23.7% strikeout rate, 10 points below his 2021 and 2022 levels.
Luis Castillo (SEA) vs. Garrett Crochet (CHW), Thursday
If you want an old-school pitching duel, circle this one on your calendar. It's two of baseball's best starters against inept offenses. Sure, the Mariners' hitters are a notch above the White Sox (to be fair everyone is), but they notably struggle against lefties. Quality starts from both Castillo and Crochet seem like sure things. If a team puts even one run on the board, it'll feel like an insurmountable lead.
Corbin Burnes (BAL) vs. Zack Wheeler (PHI), Sunday
This is hands down the best matchup of the week. Ace versus ace with two elite lineups to boot. Both Burnes and Wheeler have occupied the top spot on my lists at some point this year and you could make reasonable arguments that either of them is the best in the sport. They each enter this week with remarkably similar resumes. Burnes is 6-2 with a 2.26 ERA, 1.02 WHIP, and 24.2% strikeout rate. Wheeler bests him just a hair at 7-3, 2.23 ERA, 0.97 WHIP, and a 28.5% strikeout rate. This one will be fun.Comment -

#441I made my move on the Bombers-130 Stroman 3 UNITS for tomorrow already BTW. It doesn't make any sense to blast away on the Red Sox in this format yet-given the amount of support from joes on the Blunts that's expected. The Red Sox are priced at +134 and rising so I may end up getting this number to +140 by just waiting

#446Last night was one of those evenings where on one hand the conventional side and total betting wasn't the best and the streaming was absolutely wonderful
What you're looking for in fantasy league 12 teamers is for the starter to go at least 5 frames with a 3/1 K/W ratio and you get paid. The more bettors that are on the same side as you the payout is minimal. They go 6 frames? More payout. They go 7 frames, a really good payout. They don't make it to 5 frames-you lose everything. They have more walks than K's and you lose everything. The less ratio of money on the pitcher and the lower the arm rank combined the better payout. You pick a DNS (DO NOT START) and he goes 5 or more frames with a 3/1 K/W ratio you get group percentage payouts-which is where the large money gets made. So here's a look at how a sub par day in this format is actually a good day for my streaming top 10.
So my top ten list is one that continually turns a profit most days even if the result of the game in conventional side and totals betting is a loss
Arrighetti#9 5.2 frames 6 K's 3 BB WIN Midgrade payout
Burnes#1 7 frames 6 k's 1 BB WIN Minimal payout
Pepiot#5 6 frames 9 K's 0 BB WIN Above average payout
Berrios#6 5.2 frames 4 K's 1 BB WIN Minimal payout
Lugo#7 7 frames 4 K's 1 BB WIN Above average payout
Hudson (DNS) 6.2 frames 2 K's 1 walk Lost everything because of the 3/1 K/W ratio
Paddack#10 6.1 frames 6 K's 0 BB WIN Above average payout
Fedde#8 7 frames 4 K's 1 BB WIN Very good payout
Gilbert#2 6.2 frames, 8 K's 0 BB WIN Minimal payoutComment -

#449The Commish text me earlier this morning and told me that I am definitely the minority for the Red Sox today and he was "rubbing his hands" thinking of the possibilities of the Red Sox pulling this one off and stuffing his pockets minus my share and 3 others so far. As a result, I increased my stake to $700 for vs shares. I want to live like the Commish and have me one of those big boats with a bathroom and kitchen in it one day... dude started off with around $330,000 at the beginning of the year after collecting the $5500 buy ins alone...
Real talk it easily looks like the most "chicken dinner" move on the board. When it's all said and done by this evening the Blunts may very well have more than 95% of the money riding on them so the conventional sport books like the Hard Rock out here will also be rooting for the Red Sox as well.Comment -

#450OMG! it's building up so fast! I can literally lose each and every last move that I made today and clear a HUGE profit should Crawford go 5-6 frames with a 3/1 K/W ratio for the Red Sox. Whether the Red Sox win the game or not is actually not material as long as the ideal has been approximated

#451Looking ahead to Wednesday...
Although I have Pivetta ranked at #7 I am going to keep him rostered and replace his production with a bat as Sterling Marte is 4-7 with .571 AVG, .625 OBP; .857 SLG, 1.482 OPS vs Braxton Garrett. Pivetta has pedestrian numbers of 45 AB; 12 HITS; 14 K'S, 9 BB, .267 AVG; .389 OBP; .614 SLG; 1.033 OPS vs Blunts batters-and it's in a sprinkled effect. No one owns him and no one is being dominated.
While on the subject of the Metropolitans David Peterson in 42 AT BATS; 8 HITS; 12 K'S; 4 BB; .190 AVG; .261 OBP; .190 SLG; .451 OPS vs Fish; meanwhile Braxton Garrett in 92 AT BATS, 27 HITS; 19 K'S, 5 BB, .293 AVG; .330 OBP; .511 SLG; .841 OPS
Rot.#902 Metropolitans-140 Peterson#15 2 UNITS
Rot.#902 Metropolitans (Marte) OVER 1.5 +100 1 UNIT
Bailey Falter is a DNS. Let's be clear on that. He does however have a line of 24 AT BATS, 5 HITS; 8 K'S, 2 BB, .208 AVG, .269 OBP, .458 SLG, .728 OPS vs Cardinals batters; meanwhile Sonny Gray is 72 AT BATS; 17 HITS; 23 K'S (WOW) 4 BB; .236 AVG; .337 OBP; .375 SLG; .712 OPS.
Rot.#904 Buccos/Cardinals UNDER 4.5 FF -116 Gray#1/Falter DNS 1 UNIT
Framber Valdez#3 vs Giants 44 AB; 11 HITS; 11 K'S; 3 BB, .250 AVG; .293 OBP; .386 SLG; .684 OPS
Logan Webb#5 vs Astronauts 40 AB; 11 HITS, 8 K'S, 3 BB; .275 AVG; .326 OBP; ;.350 SLG; .676 OPS
Rot.#913 Astronauts/Giants UNDER 4 FF -125 1 UNIT
Jake Irvin#12 vs Tigers 17 AB; 8 HITS (YIKES), 1 K, 1 BB, .471 AVG; .500 OBP; .941 SLG; 1.441 OPS
Reese Olson#8 only has 5 AB vs the Nats which means he will be brand new with a 1-7 record. Going LARGE
Rot.#920 Tigers-130 ML Olson#8 5 UNITS
Tanner Bibee#10 only has 2 AB vs the Red Leggins and Nick Lodolo#14 only has 7 AB vs the Guardians. Jose Ramirez doesn't care being 2-2 vs Lodolo with a DINGER
Rot.#925 Guardians (Ramirez) OVER 1.5 BASES +100 1 UNIT
There comes a time when the Bombers put their lineup against a bottom feeder arm which is Danel Lynch who I have ranked as dead last DNS for Hump Day. You know the rest
Rot.#905 Bombers Team Total OVER NO LINE 2 UNITS
Rot.#905 Bombers (Soto) OVER 1.5 BASES NO LINE 1 UNIT
The Rays haven't seen Javier Assad. The Cubs lost having more hits than the Rays.
Civale vs Cubs 25 AT BATS; 4K'S; 1 BB; .160 AVG; .192 OBP; .200 SLG; .392 OPS
You know what to do
Rot.#921 Cubs+106 Assad#13 2 UNITS
Rot.#921 Cubs/Rays UNDER 4.5 FF -116 Assad/Civale 1 UNIT
Pablo Lopez#4 only 28 at bats vs the Rox. That will be their undoing. And aside from that-the Twins had more hits than the Rox and actually lost outright last night
Rot.#910 Twins-1.5 -117 RL Lopez#4 2 UNITS
I too a day trade draft flyer on the kid and I am sticking to the guns because I know for a fact that no one else will and I can get away with putting down a minimum amount of money and turn it into a nice sum. One thing is clear. The Pale Hose are playing the hell out of the Sailors in this series. last night they lost to the Sailors but they had 10 hits to the Sailors 5 which is a sign of luck. Why not? if the books and the Commish will take the action then so can I. I am not afraid to go where no one else will go

#454Man one of the boys on the discord page alerted me to something that I missed. I have JP Sears (Athletics) ranked at #14 and Randy Vasquez#22 (Fathers) and i didn't put more strength on emphasizing this. Worry no more.
