It's a weird number. Tampa Bay today at virtually even money screaming for my money. TB Money line.

I like it. Yankees are done. Only people that didn’t get the memo is them.

At the start of every new MLB season I create a 'must fade' list of starting pitchers.
Of course there are exceptions to every rule and I'll pass instead of fading, but very rarely will i use a pitcher on what I call the 'shit list'
At the top of the page on this years shit list is Jordan Lyles.
Then your have your Carlos Rondon, your Carlos Carrasco, your Brady Singer's of the world, a couple of others as well..

I pretty much had the same thought this morning once I verified that Rondon was indeed starting for NYY.
I said to myself "TB is the better and more complete team than New York, TB should be -125 give or take"
I got aggressive here and bet the Rays on the run line -1.5 runs at +145
Some games require no thought before wagering as they pretty much handicap themselves.
'Buzzy the Bookie' taught me years ago that certain 'public national name brand teams' like the Dallas Cowboys, New York Yankees,, Notre Dame football, Duke basketball, for instance, the lines tend be overinflated, especially when the 'name brands' play at home
