At books that use listed pitchers, yes. But more books have transitioned to "Action" in recent years, where all bets stand at odds placed.

On a round robin I put in, it didn't list the pitchers so I'm guessing having put that in earlier on a ticket, it's a loser. Darn.

The listed pitcher rule always used to drive me nuts. Used to be that Starting Pitcher changed quite often from overnite.

I had a long list of underdog winners that died on the vine b/c I had listed the Starter.
