Correct for many books but Pinny changed their rule last year and Bookmaker changed it two years ago.

My grand salami over graded a winner at BM. They used to void bet if any pitching change. Usually don't matter early in season. Later, pitching changes everyday.

Does Bet365 use Listed Pitchers? That is what it comes down to.

Right because they transitioned to Action, so EVERYTHING counts except for specific props.

Sounds like a REFUND to me, pitchers are Listed and their rules only address NON-MLB lines, meaning MLB should revert to Vegas Standard of Listed!
