Well, if the Red Sox had a real manger, in the seventh inning when he was on second, they would have pinch run for him. Single to right no score. Then, he gets to third with no outs, bases juiced, no bunt, no advance on flyout, just too freaking slow????

Why? You aren’t going to run into an out down 2 in the last inning of a game. It was only a 7 inning game. Different story if one run game. Do I need to explain why in a two run game you stay at third with no out?
