Are some books going to offer only action bets again this season on MLB? Last season some books did away entirely with listing starting pitchers.

Just received this email from Pinnacle:

Bookmaker is still Action only, and requires 9 innings (7 for doubleheader games) to be official.
As far as I know, Heritage still has classic rules of Listed Pitchers and 5-inning officials, I will advise if that changesComment
