If I would have seen the Smorejackeoueen stats I would have backed Pedro... I made it an immediate no play based on 2 wild cards... BUT I would have taken Philly if I would have dug deeper and saw that...

What I said here applies to all bets. Starters are almost always irrelevant. You will never be able to say what a pitcher will do on a given day, unless they are really terrible or really good. The team behind the starter is much more important.
