I'm just curious as to how the White Sox +1.5 today fits into a "series". I was under the impression that you chase a certain team at a beginning of a 3 or 4 game series but obviously here that's not the case.

I guess I'm wondering as if this bet loses, how the chase progresses in the midst of a series.

Yea CJ explained it pretty well. A series can begin at any time and doesn’t matter who the opponent is.

Today’s series was against Toronto. So if they would’ve covered against Chicago today and tomorrow, the C bet would’ve been on SF who happens to be Toronto’s next opponent.
