Great job RK. I wrote a SDQL query that uses your criteria to determine if a team is a play or not when losing 2 games in a row. It can be easily modified for 3 loses, 4 loses, etc...

Looking at the 2017 season give me teams that lost their last two games when either a favorite or a dog, and when a dog by more then 2 or more runs.

Hoping this might help in your analysis. Thank Care.
