marlins +110 - the phillies just took 2 of 3 in Yankee Stadium and i can see a letdown here in game 1 vs the marlins. moyer goes for philly, and hes had a 12.09/2.21 in his last 3. volstad is solid away from home with a 2.96/1.11

cards +110 - have to back carpenter whenever hes an underdog this year - a world class ace

magic +1 (3x) - the magic have beaten the cavs 4 straight times at home by double digits each game.

tigers (RL) (Autobet - 2x) - taking the +1.5 on the tigers with the total at 7.5 or < and the associated moneyline at no > then -150

twins (ML) - blackburn has an era/whip of 1.66/1.01 in his last 3, while lester has a 7.72/1.96. just missed being an autobet - still playing it.

angels (RL - 3x) - the angels are getting embarrassed right now and i look for them to get revenge on the whitesox tomorrow night and colon (2.05 whip last 3). saunders goes for la (2.95/1.07 in his last 3).

yes i think it will be a blowout.. the lakers got 45 free throws last game as i predicted they would get the calls.. that wont happen tonight plus its a holiday crowd in denver.. that doesnt matter much but i think the place could explode tonight.. i would play the under like dex but all the games have gone under and i think denver is due to make the 3's they missed last game + they will get all the calls tonight so im laying off the total and pullin for dex.. remember it behooves the nba for this series to go 6 or 7.. of course all this is just 1 man's opinion.. i could easily be all wrong

Thanks for your answer to my question in yesterday's thread Dex. I appreciate your helpfulness. I would say line movements play a bigger part in my decision. I usually cap out all the games, lineups, starting pitchers, bullpens, run production, etc. and come up with a list of my leans, then ultimately make my plays based on line movements. I don't like to make plays that go against the "sharp money" because they are right a whole helluva lot more than I am. And if I have a play that coincides with a "sharp" play, I tend to hammer it. Anyway, thanks again for your input. I just didn't know how big of a factor line movements were in your baseball betting strategy.

On a more serious note......I know everybody is a little uneasy about CK's temporary departure. Fret not my friends....he will be back to lead us to glory soon enough. In the meantime.....you are being left in the hands of a very capable replacement in myself. I know, I know, I hear the boos.....I hear some of the whispers saying that I couldn't handicap myself into a good parking spot.....but just you wait and see. I've been known to break a book or two when I'm in the zone....so please.....go to sleep tonight feeling safe and sound mafia.....daddy's here......lol.
