is thank god for parlays.. it even rhymes... today would have been a losing day w/ out them as i didnt manage a straight up winner... boy is my straight up percentage on opinion (small) bets gonna suffer on a day when i actually made money.. i dont show parlays in my record keeping in small-medium and large plays naturally but anywho i remain up for the week and even turned a profit on a day i had no straight up winners.. the power of the parlay today baabaaay!

i can already tell ya what im gonna do on the american league noon games.. one fav and one dog will cover so im doing a parlay w/ tb-minn and then one w/ bost-cleve.. it will produce a unit the majority of the time... and if both favs or dogs win i'll pound the hell out of the last american league game the opposite way.. there are only 3 amer. league games.. there are also only 2 national league games and i'll bet ya it will be a dog and a fav over there.. we'll seeeeeee

kinda likin the minn.-tb parlay a little more cause beckett has never pitched against minn at the metrodome.. his 2-1 winning record is in boston and even there last time out he gave up 5 runs in 5 innings... cleve has the yankees next..

again the advantage of parlays and the way to know how to use them can be key in making money... ck has taught you some tricks of the trade like his 1st inning plays or the jm system of playing teams in a series or in college basketball when a fav. has more than covered the spread in the 1st half and it goes way over the 1st half total,, the under is a good play in the 2nd half.. there are many tricks of the trade and this has been one of mine for years.. does it work everytime.. no.. none of these tricks do but they work enough to have been developed by sharps and this is one of mine.. it worked last night when there were 2 national league games and 1 dog and 1 fav. won the moneyline bet (sf dog sd fav).. it worked today on the noon games today in the american league 1 dog cleve. and 1 fav. boston and it worked tonight when there were 2 national league games 1 fav ariz. and 1 dog la dodgers... did i know which ones to play no.. you do 2 parlays as i stated last night in my thread.. alternating a different dog and a different fav when there are 2 games.. 1 parlay is gonna win and one will lose but the won you win will more than pay for the loser because of the multiplier of course..does it work everytime.. no.. nothing works in gambling everytime but i tell you this much w/out this trick in the last 2 days i would be way in the negative instead of how i am in the positive.. 1 note.. you have to use the original fav and original dog before the line moves.. sometimes they will move the line on purpose to create 2 favs when one of them was originally a dog.. another trick is the reverse parlay.. ever been on a bad streak.. if you bet alot of games it will happen.. all you do is place a small amt of money in a 5 team parlay for example against your 5 straight up bets.. its similar to a player betting on a fav. in a spread situation and then betting the moneyline on the other team.. its simply money management.. i will list my results from today shortly below

well i had a banner day as i hit my large bet, (large bets are now 15-4 documented in this thread), the laker game and several underdog bets in baseball... im having a great week as the parlays saved me on wed. and thursday i did my underdog/fav parlay scheme w/ success and finally tonight i was able to hit several straight up bets.. if you been reading my thread you could have capitalized on that very thing tonight as it happened again and for the 4th time straight time when 2 games were coupled together in the last couple of days 1 dog and 1 fav. won the moneyline bet in baseball.. the 2 late west coast games were sf fav and seattle dog.. i did 1 parlay w/ st.louis(dog) and laa(fav) that lost and 1 parlay of seattle(dog) and sf (fav) that won which is the one we wanted to hit due to the huge juice provided by the seattle side of the parlay (+164).. i also did a reverse parlay against my straight bets but it was small as all my reverses are small and are protection against a losing streak which i've had... the reverses are important if you play alot of games.. just go back and look on wed. at how many straight up bets i lost and how the parlays saved me... if i feel good about the card i wont play as many but if im unsure (which i guess means i really shouldnt be betting) i will do more and different combinations.. anyway here's how it shook out below in the next post...

Pit has been getting better and better with each game over the playoffs. This is a differerent team from last year's matchup. 2 things in favor for them tonight, nagging injuries to Detroit and last year's poor performance in the first 2 games in Det, losing both 3-0 and 4-0. This is truly an important game for Pit and they need to make a statment right from the get go and not fall into last year's start. This Pit team looks different from last and more hungrier.Will they will the cup, not sure, but game 1, yes.

Hey danrman, your probably right, Det wins, but something about this Pit team that is different this time around. A couple of things, Pit powerplay has been great during the playoffs and Detroit's penalty killing sucks. Detroit's pwerplay looks good on paper but most of the goals came in the first round against Columbus.

Second thing, look how many shots Pit has been getting during these playoffs.

A couple of advantages that might help. Somehow i think it will be alot closer than last year's.

wow what a brutal beat on the games huh.. especially the angels game but thats baseball for ya.. thank god gweny was on her a+ performance.. if they have a couple of days of rest before your city and you can get an A performance check no doubt out.. back to back nights they wouldnt be quite as good or the dreded 3 performances in 4 nights is bad also.. i speak from experiance but anywho she nailed all of the vocal parts for the 90 minute set and thats coming from an x drummer from nashville that used to sing the high 1/3 and play all kinds of music (mainly hard rock) for about a decade.. she was truly beautiful in her performance before a standing room only crowd and believe me im not impressed easily.. go see that orange county band.. they are fun w/ a bigger setup now days.. nice production.. hella sweeeeeeeet!!!!!
