Best source for MLB roster changes and injuries?

I'd like a source that tells me the changes to the active 24-man roster. Sportsline is accurate, but it's a pain to go through 30 depth charts each day.

Does anyone have a source they like for this?

I'm not sure there is one and one only you can depend on, Justin. I generally scan the MLB page that Monkey posted up as well as check out some of the other media sites like ESPN, USA Today, etc. Guessing 1-2 times a week I come across a move that only made it at ESPN and didn't make it at MLB.
