UnDeRDaWg, I'm leaning Angels because that Jakubauskas doesn't really have a lot of experience pitching. If the Angels can get men on base, I think they'll be really aggressive on the basepaths tonight (more aggressive than normal).

Kid, I just replied to your post in the Jakubauskas thread. I just like riding the hot teams, and Mariners are hot for sure. I also am not sold on Angels offensively and their bullpen hasnt been great. Jakubauskas can be out with something to prove tonight, and this could be good, or bad.

It means that regardless if both those pitchers listed pitch, your bet will still have action.

action means you want the bet no matter who starts, even if for some reason the pitcher slated to start is replaced by another starting pitcher

its probably good practice to state the pitchers that you want for the bet since a pitcher can drastically effect the game youve hopefully done your homework on before you placed your bet

If you pick 'action', and one or both of the slated pitchers do not go, is the line altered? How much is it usually altered by?

If its a gametime decision the line doesnt have any time to change. If they know the pitcher is out before hand im sure they line would be affected. Movement would likely depend on who is replacing. I haven't ran into this problem before since i generally place my bets within a few hours of the game, but I'm pretty sure thats how it would go down.
