Eyeing this one myself. Doesn't look like Cards hit lefties too well and De La Rosa looks like he has had some success against the Cards in the past. Holliday and Molina have raped the guy over a decent sample size though. Wacha has just been nasty this year so I dont anticipate him giving up much. I am waiting for Bankers thoughts as the resident Cards expert.

Yeah, that .231 avg against lefties does concern me. But I figured that is why Wacha is their ace, he's supposed to get them back on track. It should be a low scoring game.

Holliday likely not going tonight. Wacha will rebound at some point I just don't know if Coors is the ideal place! Going with the home squad myself and the lefty vs Cards while fading the 90% or so be backing birds here.

Leaning more this way myself as I dig into it more. Holliday being questionable is also a red flag for me as he is one of the guys that have raked against DeLaRosa in the past. Maybe the UNDER is the way to go?

Honestly I picked a side and very rarely like playing side/total in same gm. Also don't ever like playing unders in Coors for obvious reasons lol. Gm can get away from a road pitcher in a hurry there and if Cards get anything going at all vs Rosa you really can't trust that pen ever.

de la rosa like the winningest pitcher in coors history, the guy knows how to handle that stadium and been as successful as anyone there. i dunno wacha's numbers there, we all know i love wacha, problem is i also know rox always try and get pitchers that throw a lot more sinkers than off speed stuff cause of the air, does that mean wacha's awesome change-up and newly learned curve are not as effective? maybe tonight having the cutter will serve him well? again maybe he had already pitched great at coors (i dunno i just got home) but history of off speed pitches there isnt good. most likely a pass for me.
