Alls well that ends well - arizona has some nice bats but their bullpen is shaky to say the least.

Archie deserved a win but he really didn't pitch that great. I would have loved to see him try for that last out in the 7th but I can understand the managers thinking with a 162 game season and a potential organization centerpiece in his 2nd mlb start.

He threw 100 pitches but only 61 for strikes. He threw mostly fastballs and slipped in a few really nice back door curves. He looks to definitely have potential and I'm curious what the line is next time out and what books will have him valued at.
