Bottom of 8th, infield single, followed up with throwing error, then wild pitch. A single then scores 2 runs and Chisox win. Last game of my easy 4 team parlay!

Was yesterdays Oakland game. In the 8th the number 7 hitter lead off and got on base. At that point Oakland had two hits against Sale. Melvin decided to let the number 8 and 9 hitters swing away instead of bunting the runner over to 2nd and pinch hitting for the number 9 hitter. This way you have a man on 2nd with 1 out, your pinch hitter at the plater and the top of the order coming up afterwards.

Instead the number 8 hitter popped up to 3rd and the number 9 hitter struck out.

Damn Oakland went downhill when they got rid of Cespedes for Lester. That was not a good trade IMO.
