You have tobe real stupid to think that sharp bettors sit and watch line movement all day long then decided to bet or not on the game and which side to choose.

True this.
I have seen si many line movements that go against the outcome of the game. This was not one of them obviously, but even totals rise and they are even better value on the Under.
