White Sox were quiet for the first half of the game but put enough on the board the last few innings to bring a win.

I was able to grab Chicago as a dog this morning, but deservedly so. Noesi hasn't won a ballgame in over a year and Cosart has been pretty good of late for Houston. Let's hope the tide turns and I get a gift. It's not too often you get to play a dog against Houston.

This would probably work well, but I'm a Sox fan and just can't bring myself to bet against them. If I have the time I may go back and run this season's lines to see where I'd be.

I went back and looked at the closing lines from my book. If I just did a straight Red Sox fade without the chase, I'd be up 12.4 units for the season with 10.28 of that coming during the recent 9 game losing streak. Probably not a good choice. I didn't check with the chase, but they haven't won more than 2 games in a row all season which would put me at least +28 units for the season.

Wow...its probably too late to do this now...you would think red sox would recover from this but their lineup and pitching staff looks pretty pedestrian now and I wonder how they won last season...I guess losing jacoby makes a tremendous difference in their lineup.

are you kidding me? martingale is trash. how many times will houston keep winning in a row. the problem with martingale is a lot of people have a finite amount of funds available to bet. As someone mentioned, there is much better value involved if you don't fade the astros and instead pick them.
