Just read through all the post here. First of all good luck.!! Been doing this for 35 + years and when I was working I use to speculate on interest rates. So I do know a little bit. The biggest thing by far that will or will not make you successful , is knowing how to take a loss.!! To have the ability to not chase after a few days of loosing. There should be no reason to feel that you have to get it back soon.( this is very ,very hard to do and takes years) There should be no emotion( very little) when winning or loosing. Some of the best "trades" you do will be the ones you don't make.! Realize that when it comes to speculation value does not exist. Cheap things are not cheap and expensive things are not expensive, they are priced like that for a reason..................I could go on and on about this cause I like talking about markets and sport betting is a very efficient market.. .......one poster did give you good advice: stay away from live betting. If you are very serious about this go out and buy a book:Reminiscences of a stock operator. You will probably have to read it 3-4 times,but its uncanny of the many parallels to sports betting.!!.............Good luck with this.!!...........and don't bet while you got a buzz going.

I always loved middling NBA bets live only when I'm watching intently & games get out of hand w/ scoring in the nba

Anyhoo, everything else is a horrible idea to bet live on, like pissing away money. The feeling of winning should be that of losing in this world, ho hum, bc unless you take that money out, it's likely that you may lose it anyway. You have to know when to cash out, & when to lower your units. I have 2 jobs & I still find time to make a little here & there.... That is over a long period of time however.
Just remember the advice I gave you, do not live bet, cash out your winnings, & get out & enjoy life.
