Hi guys - Normally we just let you do your own thing in these threads but it's been brought to our attention that you are posting official plays from a handicapping service and from a brief glance, there are also links and promos for services in here (both not permitted on SBR). This thread is now being moved to the Service Plays Forum and will have to follow the guidelines in there ie no units posted for official plays, no posting copyright material, no website links or twitter references to touts, etc. Feel free to start a new thread with your unofficial plays in the MLB without any reference to JM and his copyrighted material and keep the official ones in this thread or post both in here. It's up to you but again everyone will be subject to the same guidelines.

Can you freaking believe that ! I just sent a PM to the mod asking for a better explanation. JM doesn't even exist. He admitted that himself, so how can we be posting copyrighted material if the character doesn't exist? Also I asked for more clarification on references to websites. Also with Allidoiswins system we have his permission to post so why can't we do a unit count? Something smells very fishy here.

Did you post a link in here telling people about "tony's" new service, how much it cost, etc? Of course you did because I deleted all the posts. In the Service Plays forum where this thread should've been from the start that would = an infraction and/or a ban for promo content.

And to respond to your PM: All of the touts you see in Service Plays are fictional characters. Did you really think people are using their real names and there's an actual Indian Cowboy out there?! You have posted his system that is reserved for paying customers and his plays. He is a tout and despite fielding complaints about that and some NBA thread involving you guys for a few months, we had given you all free reign but posting a tout's plays, posting the link to his tout site, discussing how much he's charging for plays, posting word for word what he sends to paying customers = a violation of SBR's policies if you don't protect his material. This thread is no different than any service plays thread as it stands so as I said... if you want to continue to run your own system, do so in the MLB Forum with no reference to JM and don't post his plays, his system, his units. Run separate threads and post his official plays in here (not his system or units) or run a big one in Service Plays (again without posting his system or units).

The reason we started the JM MLB thread was because he lied about his record and failed to post all of his plays accurately and on time.

I am not going to run 2 separate threads. If anyone knows of a blog or forum where we could move all of this I would be willing to listen. Just PM me.
