Houston Astros

[jjgold]

I do not think Roger can beat the Cards though

Anyone know Rogers stats against Cards the last 2 years?

[denn333]

like pettite in game 1

[Illusion]

What a classic. God I love the playoffs.

[jjgold]

Congrats

Clemens pitched great

Astros will be a tough out the rest of the way

[tacomax]

Houston get a homer in the bottom of the 18th - a well deserved win credited to Clemens.

[bigboydan]

houston wins in the bottom of the 18th on a home run from chris burke

[jjgold]

This is unreal that no one can score

[tacomax]

Bottom of the 17th as Clemens throws his 2nd scoreless inning of relief.

[jjgold]

I think Houston takes them within an inning or too

Petite tomorrow if they lose so a good backup

[Senator7]

Whoever loses this game loses the series. They're too deep into the pitching staffs at this point to rebound and the momentum of a 16+ inning win is huge!

[BuddyBear]

hard to believe that within that 14 year span...the Marlins have 0 division titles and 2 World Series titles. Hell, Fla wasn't even around 14 years ago.

Braves Fans and Cubs have to live with this everyday.

[jjgold]

What a game this is , bottom of 14th

[scottric]

Actually, if I'm a longtime Braves fan:

Amazing, really. 14 years straight in the playoffs, 1 World Series title. How can one not be insane at this point?!

[Mudcat]

If the Astros can close the deal here, they're very dangerous in any series with those big 3 pitchers.

Meanwhile if I'm a long-time Braves fan I gotta be saying

[Senator7]

If the Astro bats come alive, watch out! They have an incredible pitching staff and if they can score runs, they could beat the Cards and win the Series.

Senator 7

[Illusion]

They scored 4 runs in the 8th and 1 in the 9th to tie the game at 6-6. Atlanta's bullpen is terrible.
