Cards were the play. I would fade Zambrano every chance you get. He's a diva and unpredicatable. You're gonna get dog odds on the other side almost every time he pitches.

There were heavy RLM on favoring the Cubs yesterday, should have known better

Braves ML &/or RL

Lean on SF - Zito is a crapshoot, but has performed better lately. AZ is a AAA team IMO.

May take a shot on HOU and KC. HOU has lost 8 straight and probably the best shot is tonight against Lohse. Rodriguez has pitched well, but gets no run support. Wakefield is coming off the DL for BOS. BOs also traveled overnight, but only 1 time zone. KC has played well lately winning their last 4 series. Best opportunity for them is tommorrow with Greinke. They may get a cheap 1 tonight if they can hit the Knuckler.

Re: St.L - Vegas you are right - it did seem that they were the right play last night. And I know this is going to sound silly, but even after capping it in favor of St.L, I couldn't shake away the feeling that the Cubs just got robbed of two games straight and they were going to make them pay for it. And Zambrano is out of control (esp. on the road) but that line was too high IMO. It was worth a shot...especially when we were halfway thru the game, Cubs just scored and they gave me -1.5 @ +201. Oh well, that was yesterday - today we collect!

Oh and guess what - I like the Cubs again today, am I insane?

( I have this thing about going vs Looper, I think)

Trust me Karma, if I could bet with my heart, I'd play the Cubs every day. Kinda like the Washington Generals, you never know when they might.......Haven't even looked at tonights game yet. Working on an NHL database.

Agree on HOUS... 2 trends here that fav. HOU. bigtime.

And I like Boston, but KC is "pesky" to me this year.
