Yea the 1st thing I look at are actually the bats on each team not the starting pitching because I'm a firm beleaver in good hitting will beat good pitching when it matters most. For example I rather play the under 7.5-8 in a was/sf game with Timmy vs harren than play an under 7-7.5 with waino vs verlander (normal verlander) because I know for a fact those bats are going to find away to get 3 runs a piece threw the 6/7innings those starters go and then they will feast on each others pen I see a game like that being 5-3 5-4 at minimum where as the nats giants game will barely score 5 runs total cause of the shitty ass line ups. I also look at the parks and my power ratings. Most people have power ratings for winners and losers I have then for over teams and under teams. At the moment I have the nats/lad at the top of my under list and have sea yes sea and Philly at the top of my over list. That's some of the things I run threw when picking my totals.

I almost forgot about the umps, their more important then the damn parks imo because you can be in f**king sf with cain vs Kershaw but if the ump is like 18-5 on the over you take the 6.5 over and run with it because you can bank on alot more balls in play and more base hits and probably homers if the pitchers get pist off about the balls being called and just start throwing shit down the middle lol (ive seen it happen alot) And on the flip side take the under even if its Harang vs Blanton if the ump is like 18-5 on the under because his strike zone is big enough to make those gas cans look like cy youngs. Those are just some of the things i look for i also have a mathematical approach towards it that hasn't failed me yet.

I wish i would've strictly bet totals from the start of the season but like all important lessons in life i had to lean the hard way that mlb just isnt the sport for locks. This is the only sport even with my totals that i bet the same units each play regardless of how i feel about it because i feel like baseball is just too evenly matched of a sport to just assume 1 team is a lock over the other. It's not like NBA/NFL where you know theres only 2-4 teams maybe 5 that you can even consider winning it all. In baseball who the f**k knows. Every team in the mlb playoffs has a shot, their are no dominate teams to beat in mlb like in the nba where its the heat/okc/sa everybody else is just there to get beat in mlb the wildcard team is just as damn good as the divison winner. Its too much parity imo to lay -160--270 on a damn team to beat another team in august...just look at sf winning it all last year. Thats the unpredictability of baseball all summer long imo i'm not knocking anybody who's good at picking winners more power too you.

I love my yankees but we will lose today and it'll be close very close imo. This game has 5-3 det all over it. I can see Nova going 7 inns 3er and Porcello going about 7 as well but only giving up 2 er and then the Pens coming in giving up a couple runs. Although the current tiger bats are hitting .317 on Nova right now its completely irrelevant cause this Nova is the shit, yanks best pitcher after Kuroda. Now on the other side the yanks are bating .235 vs porcello in 170 AB's so he'll be fine tonight. Like i said above i base my total plays on bats and i feel like if Nova can go 6-7 3er or less this is easy money cause the yanks cant and wont score more than 2 on Porcello.

Patrick Corbin...nuff said. This guy is un hittable, all season long this guy has been a cash cow for under betters and ML bettors. What is AZ 18-4 with this guy on the mound, its f**king ridiculous add on the 1.5 era at home and yea i feel good. Hefner is light years better than his era. He was the #1 or #2 pitcher in era going into the all-star break(Over a period of starts not ovr that wouldve been Kershaw). If it wasnt for his ruff start he would actually have a 2.7-3.1 era this year, so he's good enough to hold the D'backs bats to cash the under.

It still amazes me how bad the mets record is with the good sp they've gotten this season between Harvey/Gee/Hefner. If their pen was a little better they would be up there with atl right now imo. I feel the same way with the nats, if their bats were hitting like last year they'd be 1st in the division right now. How many games did Gio or SS give up 1er and the team still loses, its a damn crime. I was listning to this mlb betting podcast that talked about how great the cubs are this season on the rl or 1st 5. Their #2 behind pitt or det on the rl or 1h this year which means if you were to bet chc rl or 1h all season long you'd be up big. Same with det 1st 5, they're 30 wins above .500 1h this year. But overall what i'm trying to say is its amazing how close a majority of these mlb teams are to each other compared to other sports where theres clearly a gap. It makes profiting in mlb a true skill if you can do it consistently all year long.

Just waking up and i still cant beleave sea gave up 4 runs in the 9th inning. Who ever played the over is luckiest guy of the week. Iwakuma gives up 6 in the 7th and then another bum gives up 4.
