This Henderson Alvarez kid for Fish ooked solid during his rehab starts. Check out his lines very impressive. Might be worth a play tomorrow at minimum Fish RL. Might actually like Fish FF +1/2. Braves not seen this kid before so might take Braves 2 times through lineup to get to him. Or we might get lucky and it'll be a day when Braves bats are ice cold. That happens quite often and a lot of times against the weaker teams.

well that cardinal gm was a real kick in the nuts,,and here it was so close to landing right on the 5-3 we called for..hard to be too mad at mojica seeing how that his 1st blown save of the season even tho it sux it happens. little pissed at matheny only cause i hate when managers send their guy back out for the 9th then he gives up a little bloop single then you yank him, i dont understand that, either send your closer out to start the inning or let your ace deal with the runner! not like it was a blast , just dont get how a little flare changes your mind on the decision you made before the inning started? oh well, moving on..
pit-120..liriano has dominated this cubs lineup, in 2 gms this yr he has went 7 shutout innings twice allowing a total of 4 hits and no runs while striking out 17. buccos pen clearly has the adv late and while samardziha has also been very good vs pit batters he is on 5 days rest which has been a bad thing for him throughout his career (much better on 4 or 6 or more days for whatever reason)..,.

I'm on Buccos today as well today. Rough night w/ Cards loss. It's time to bounce and get it back. Gotta to Clfford tonight against Bravos. His L3 against Bravos he's gone 24inn / 1 earned. Phils hitting Bravos not. With Lee on the bump I expect much of the same. I'm on Phils -1. Do you like Sox/Angels over? I could see 8-7 type game.
