Several of the Pittsburgh bats in today's lineup have pounded him, including Alvarez, McCutcheon & Barmes. Lofty totals opposite the Astros will continue to be more normal, I think. Boston has crushed Houston for 14 runs in the 1st two games of this series. Peacock goes for Houston this time. He's pitched better on the road, but that was in two pitcher's parks. He struggles to get through five innings, which means more opps vs. the gasoline in the Astros bullpen. The bullpen has been markedly better lately, but is getting overworked.Comment -

James McDonald goes for Pittsburgh. He's been one of the Jekyll & Hydiest of pitchers, road vs. home. Stinking out loud on the road, while dominating PNC Park. Also throw in that he struggles against the Brew Crew with Braun really crushing him in addition to others in tonight's lineup. A 6.98 ERA vs. Milwaukee for his career & 8.17 at Miller Park.
