Nothing but team totals in this thread. This is where I found my baseball niche last year, so trying it again. Not much for write-ups early as they will be more in the way of gut calls. PLAY BALL!

4.1.13: Brewers Over 4 (-125)
My belief is Chacin is a garbage pail kid for Colorado. He had a terrible Spring. Like this Brewers lineup quite a bit.

4.1.12: Cardinals Over 4 [-125]
STL has had some good success against Ian Kennedy. The STL lineup is still pretty potent even with some losses over the past season or two + injuries.

Bad bet on my part for the Brewers. Did not check injuries. Braun was out. Ramirez got hurt in-game. Probably would have skipped on Braun being out alone. Still a good day overall, but could have avoided giving some back.

4.6.13: Nationals Over 4 (-115)
Even though it's been a lot of Natty Lite on offense so far, Wershington has some good #s against Leake. Leake wasn't overpowering in the Spring and the Nattys are due for a little bit of offense one would think. Desmond, Zimmerman, Ramos and Werth have all had some solid success against Leake.

Good to get out of the gate fast, but gotta get those marathon shoes on. Early on, Yankees pitching may be very good to oppose and try Overs against with the right numbers; Astros with any totals of 3.5 might be a pretty solid shot at taking unders - maybe same for Pirates against good pitching; Rockies offense might have been a little underrated - ripping it up on the road and at home early. Just some thoughts.

4.7.13.: Orioles Over 4.5 [-135]
Baltimore's offense has been churning out runs so far with five or more in every game. They're .327 against lefties which they will see today with Pedro Hernandez. Hernandez is a location guy from what I said. Inexperienced and an injury replacement call-up. If they are patient, I think the O's keep rolling up runs.

Had three innings with runners on 1st & 2nd and one out I think and they got shut down each time. Perils of the game some days. Looking at my thoughts yesterday ...

3/4 were spot on Sunday. Yanks with the surprise offensive outburst against Verlander. Astros score three again. Pirates shut down with just two runs. Rox put up a nine spot. Going to keep these in mind. Can add Miami to the watch of teams that might be worth unders a lot when it's at 3.5 or better.

4.8.13: Cubs Over 4 (-120)

Cubs certainly don't offer optimism with a rough offensive start, but they faced some quality pitching early. Home opener + the meaty Milwaukee pitching staff that ranks in the bottom three in Team ERA could fix some of that.
