Powered by Stake, Moon is a new prediction market platform. It’s still very much in its early phases, with no specific welcome offers at the moment, but once it goes fully live, I will let you know whether you need a Moon Prediction promo code to claim a sign-up bonus.

Does Moon have a promo code?

Moon has yet to announce any bonuses and promotions, since it's still in beta mode. However, a welcome deal will likely be introduced upon a full launch. Once that happens, you might need to use a Moon promo code to claim the offer. We will list any verified codes on this page if that happens.

How to claim the Moon Predicts promo code

When the Moon prediction market bonus code becomes active, claiming the offer should follow a standard flow. Here are the projected steps that will allow you to get the deal in minutes:

  1. Visit Moon.com.
  2. Click the 'Register' button at the top.
  3. Create your login credentials (username, email, and password) or login with Google, Kick, Facebook, or Twitch.
  4. Enter some basic personal information and agree to the site’s terms.

  6. Click your 'Wallet' and make your first deposit. Meet any trading requirements to claim the potential welcome bonus.

Moon promo code terms and conditions

With the Moon Predictions sign up bonus still unknown, I can’t mention any specific terms yet. However, most welcome promos are structured the same way. Until more details are revealed, I can make an educated guess about what the terms will look like.

  • Minimum deposit: The bonus will likely require making an initial deposit (usually $10 or $20) and conducting at least one trade. A true no-deposit bonus is a rarity.
  • Eligibility: The Moon welcome bonus will be exclusive to new users on the platform who are minimum age (21+ in most states, or 18+ in select states).
  • Bonus expiry: The deal may have a time limit, typically ranging from a few days to a month.
  • Playthrough requirements: Most bonus funds must be played through at least 1x (and sometimes more) before you can withdraw them.
  • Eligible markets: The bonus funds may be limited to certain markets or usable only on trades within a specific price range.
  • Geographic restrictions: Users in certain states or countries may not be allowed to sign up or claim the bonus. Prediction markets are often restricted in Nevada and Washington, for example.
  • Voided bonus terms: Certain actions, such as attempting to withdraw before completing the rollover or creating multiple accounts, may disqualify you from the offer and void any remaining bonus funds.

Moon promo code vs other prediction market offers

As I see it, the best prediction market promos right now come from Polymarket, Kalshi, ProphetX, OG, and Novig. Here's an overview of the different welcome bonuses available from these industry leaders, how they compare, and how you can claim them today:

As we all wait for Moon to fully launch, I think the Kalshi promo code is the best option. You can get anywhere between $15 and $500 in bonus funds after making $25 worth of trades.

The Polymarket promo code is another good deal, giving you $20 in bonuses simply for depositing $10 or more.

If you're looking for other prediction market promos, I have a few more excellent recommendations:

Is the Moon promo code actually worth it?

It's hard to know how the Moon Predictions promo code will stack up against more established names in the industry. I think that Moon will have to really up the ante with its offer if it's going to entice people away from Kalshi, Polymarket, or other well-known brands.

I'll be able to tell you more once Moon Predictions reveals its welcome bonus details. Until then, I will simply say this: it's probably worth it. Most of these bonuses only require a small deposit or initial risk in order to get anywhere from 2x-to-10x back in bonus funds, which you can use to make additional trades without using your own funds.

If Moon follows this typical formula for its welcome offer, it will definitely be worth it.

What is Moon Predictions?

Moon is one of a few new prediction market sites. It is currently in beta. The site is live and open to the public, but it's not fully featured yet. Previously, it was only open to users who obtained a beta invite access code to sign up. There is no confirmed date for an official public launch yet.

The site serves as Stake’s prediction market brand. It will benefit from the operational experience and established user base of the Stake brand, which operates a crypto casino and sportsbook (outside of the U.S.) and a social casino sweepstakes platform (inside the U.S.). This association helps give Moon some stronger trust signals than if it were a standalone brand.

The final rollout may bring additional features and trading markets. Moon is currently focused on financial markets, including crypto, stocks, futures, commodities, and forex. There are no sports prediction markets at the moment, nor are there markets for politics, culture, weather, or many of the popular markets I can find at Kalshi.

Moon vs. other prediction markets

Similar to Yes/No contracts on traditional prediction market platforms, Moon’s predictions will revolve around the direction of a given financial asset. I can select "Up" if I expect the asset’s price to rise or "Down" if I expect it to fall.

However, the difference between Moon and a typical prediction site is that I'm trading current changes in an asset’s price, rather than waiting for a future event to resolve.

For example, on a typical Yes/No market, you buy contracts tied to specific questions, like "Will Bitcoin exceed $70,000 by September 1?" Each contract is then settled at $1 if your prediction is correct or $0 if it’s not.

Moon asks a more immediate question: "Will this asset move up or down from here?" Once my prediction is in, it stays open while the market moves. Then I can close it whenever I want.

Using Leverage on Moon

Moon has leverage settings, which multiply my market exposure. For instance, if I set the leverage to 100x, my $1 prediction may control a position worth roughly $100.

The higher the leverage, the more strongly my profit or loss reacts to small price movements. If I choose "Up" and the asset rises, leverage can increase my potential profit. But if the price moves down, my losses can build up just as quickly.

I strongly recommend you keep your leverage setting between 1x and 5x until you get the hang of how it works, otherwise you could be in for some giant swings.

Is Moon Predictions the same as Stake.com?

Although they are associated at a company level, Moon Predictions and Stake.com are structurally very different products. Each acts as a standalone, meaning they don't share login credentials, wallets, or anything else.

Stake.com is an online sportsbook and casino where you make real-money wagers across sports events and casino games such as video slots, blackjack, roulette, and more. It is not available anywhere in the United States.

(Stake.us, on the other hand, is available in the U.S., but it operates as a free-to-play social casino.)

At Moon Predictions, the focus is on leveraged directional trading of financial assets. Although it loosely resembles prediction market platforms like Kalshi or Polymarket, Moon doesn’t offer typical Yes/No contracts on future events. Instead, it lets users predict Up/Down movements in crypto prices or Apple stock, for instance.

As opposed to settling only when an event concludes, you decide when you want to exit a position. Alternatively, your position becomes liquidated once it has lost an amount equal to your original wager.

While Moon is part of Stake's overall company, the two platforms operate independently, with different terms and eligibility rules, and require separate accounts.

Is Moon Predictions legit?

Moon is operated by Moon International Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Union of the Comoros, with the registration number 16151.

Even though Moon has drawn attention due to its connection with Stake, users should not assess the platform based on Stake’s own terms and policies.

The terms at Moon reference compliance with applicable AML/CTF laws, require users to complete KYC verification, and outline prohibited jurisdictions. The platform also provides disclosures that explain the speculative nature of its prediction-style markets, clearly communicating the risks involved.

However, the lack of CFTC approval means users should approach Moon with caution for now and understand that legal protections may differ from those available on fully regulated prediction markets.

What Stake's track record tells us about Moon Predictions

Stake is recognized as one of the biggest and most trusted online gambling brands in the world. It operates in two main domains: Stake.com, a worldwide platform launched in 2017 that offers real-money casino and sports betting, and Stake.us, a sweepstakes casino focused on the US market.

Moon.com marks Stake’s entrance into the increasingly popular prediction market industry. Although the two platforms will run independently, it’s expected that Moon will inherit some of Stake’s defining qualities, including a polished and highly functional UX, fast crypto-first transactions, a structured loyalty scheme, and responsive 24/7 support.

Also, Stake may help Moon establish itself more quickly through its sponsorships and existing infrastructure, giving it a head start compared to any new and independently run platform.

Of course, the Stake connection does not remove all potential concerns. Moon may still face issues in certain jurisdictions, and users could encounter tradeoffs in terms of the level of oversight typically associated with fully regulated prediction markets.

Short answer: Moon is not technically legal in the United States. It has not received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to operate as a prediction market. At least, not yet.

Moon’s Terms of Service currently list the United States as one of the prohibited jurisdictions. If you try to reach the platform from the US, you will receive a pop-up with the message: "We are sorry, but Moon is not available in your country."

I don’t know when (or if) this might change. If Moon receives CFTC approval in the future, it may become available in most states, including New York, California, Texas, and others.

To join Moon, you must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age at which the use of this type of product is allowed in your jurisdiction.

If you want to wait until the CFTC gives Moon its stamp of approval, you can check out other apps like Kalshi

Moon promo code for existing customers

Moon does not have any additional promos for existing customers at this time. In fact, Moon hasn't even rolled out a welcome bonus yet.

However, there are signs of future promos in the works. I can see references to a VIP Program (including Rakeback, Weekly Boost, Monthly Bonus, and Reload bonus options) and a Redeem Drop code menu.

What is the Moon referral code for 2026?

I want to point out that the Moon referral code is different from the the Moon promo code.

A Moon promo code might be available to new users, in order to claim any potential welcome bonus. On the other hand, a Moon referral code is when you can gain additional bonuses from getting your friends to sign up to Moon using your unique referral link or code.

Moon already has an affiliate program, but you must have a sizable network or audience to promote to in order to join.

Complete Moon Predictions review

Moon's connection with Stake speaks volumes about its ambitions and potential, putting it at an obvious advantage over other brand-new startups.

Even in beta, Moon already carries some of the same design DNA as Stake’s, complete with clean menus, lightning-fast load times, and a layout that feels intuitive from the first click.

However, what interests me most is how Moon will be received by the general public, given how different it feels from typical prediction platforms. There are no sports markets (at least for now), with the focus instead placed on Up/Down contracts for financial assets.

This gives Moon a slightly different appeal. It feels closer to a lightweight trading platform for beginners who want a simpler way to interact with markets without diving into full stock trading mechanics. At the same time, that simplified structure and clean UX should make the learning curve fairly small for sports bettors and existing prediction market users.

Trading interface and market discovery

As someone who admittedly isn’t proficient in stock trading, I found Moon’s interface very easy to understand from the get-go.

The first chart I saw was of Bitcoin price movements over a selected time frame. Below that is a list of other popular assets.

The search button at the top opens a full menu with categories that include Crypto, Stocks, Futures, Commodities, and Forex, plus a personalized Watchlist that you can modify. The asset selection is currently limited to around 20 coins, a dozen stocks, and several options for each of the other categories.

You never need more than a couple of clicks to open a desired asset and see its chart. Once it's loaded, you just enter your risk amount, set the leverage, and choose the movement direction. The slip also includes risk settings, where you can set automatic exits on desired loss or profit amounts.

Moon iOS app

Moon has yet to launch or announce a standalone iOS app, but users of Apple devices can easily reach the platform over their mobile browsers.

Moon Android app

There’s currently no Moon app on Google Play, either. However, you can still register and use Moon’s mobile-friendly site on your Android-powered smartphone or tablet.

Performance

It is still too early to judge how Moon will perform under heavy traffic, especially with its limited market selection and no established user base yet.

A deeper market range and a growing number of active traders will be the real test of its infrastructure. However, if Moon inherits the same technical foundation as Stake’s platforms, I have no reason to expect any major performance issues.

Moon odds and pricing explained

You won’t find any sports betting odds at Moon. There aren’t even any implied probability percentages and contract prices like the ones you may see on traditional prediction markets. What you win or lose depends solely on the price movement of a given asset after you enter a position.

For example, if you put $100 on Bitcoin going up and its price rises, you earn a return based on the percentage increase and the leverage multiplier you selected. A larger price move or higher multiplier can boost your potential profit, but it also increases your potential losses if the market moves against you.

As mentioned, the system limits your downside so you cannot lose more than your initial stake. Once your losses reach the value of your original wager, the position is automatically closed, meaning you are taken out of the trade and cannot lose (or win) any additional funds.

Reading prediction market prices as implied probability

If Moon goes for traditional prediction market mechanics, you will likely see prices displayed as cents on the dollar, with each representing the market’s implied probability of an outcome happening.

For example, if a contract is trading at 59¢, the market is essentially saying there is a 59% implied chance that the event will occur.

Unlike sportsbooks that have oddsmakers, contract prices at prediction markets are driven entirely by market sentiment. If more traders believe an outcome is becoming likely, demand for that contract increases, and the price moves higher. If sentiment shifts the other way, traders sell, and the price falls.

How Moon prices compare to sportsbook lines

A sportsbook typically shows odds as +/- values that tell you how much you stand to win off a $100 bet or how much you need to stake to win $100.

Meanwhile, prediction market pricing is expressed as a percentage or as cents on the dollar. The percentage doubles as implied probability. If you buy 10 contracts at $0.60 per contract, you’re paying $6 for that prediction. If you win, your profit is $4 ($0.40 x 10).

Moon takes a specific approach with pricing being the mere values of different financial assets. The platform relies on data provided by DXFeed, Pyth Network (Pyth Pro), and SEDA Protocol.

No house line: peer-to-peer pricing

Both sportsbooks and prediction markets take a cut from their users, but the way they do it is structurally different.

Sportsbook odds have a built-in house edge, or vig, so the operator has a mathematical advantage over the bettors regardless of the outcome.

Meanwhile, prediction markets use a peer-to-peer model, putting traders directly against each other. For every prediction you win, someone else loses, and vice versa. Still, prediction markets must make money somehow, and they do it through structures such as trading fees on completed positions, transaction fees, spreads between buy and sell prices, or a combination of these models.

Exiting positions early

The ability to exit a position early is where Moon and other prediction market platforms have a clear advantage over a sportsbook.

When you place a sports bet at a sportsbook, you’re usually locked into that position. Even books that offer Early Cash Out options are usually only offering it when they see a chance to limit their own losses.

With a prediction market, you can sell your position before the event concludes, which allows you to take a smaller profit or cut your losses, depending on price movements.

Moon takes this flexibility a step further by removing the pressure of a fixed settlement date. Asset prices continue moving with no official settlement, allowing you to stay patient, ride out the short-term volatility, and exit whenever the market moves in your favor.

What markets can you trade at Moon?

Moon is currently limited to financial asset markets. However, as the platform develops and moves toward a widespread launch, we may expect to see more options across sports, politics, and culture, similar to apps like Polymarket

Sports prediction markets

Sports have the biggest pull among prediction market users, and I'll be surprised if Moon doesn’t add them at some point.

We can expect a range of sporting events similar to what you can find on other established prediction market platforms: NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, tennis, soccer, golf, MMA, and more. The depth of options within each sport will depend heavily on trading activity, as markets need enough active participants to maintain healthy liquidity and tight pricing.

Crypto and finance markets

Crypto and finance are currently the only types of markets available at Moon.com. You can trade on the following:

  • Crypto: ADA, AVAX, BCH, BNB, BTC, CC, DOGE, ETH, GRAM, HBAR, HYPE, LINK, LTC, SOL, SUI, TRX, XLM, XRP, ZEC
  • Stocks: Apple, AMD, Amazon, Google, Intel, Meta, Microsoft, Netflix, NVIDIA, Palantir, Robinhood, Tesla
  • Futures: Nasdaq 100 index, S&P 500 index
  • Commodities: Silver, gold, palladium, platinum
  • Forex: EUR/USD, GBP/USD

Politics, entertainment, and culture markets

Moon could also expand into markets covering areas such as elections, awards, movies, and cultural events. This would be similar to platforms like Polymarket, where users can speculate on outcomes such as election results or a new movie’s Rotten Tomatoes score.

Live in-play markets

Asset markets on Moon already move in real time, but future expansion could introduce more traditional live-prediction formats, including in-game sports predictions, where contract prices shift as the event plays out.

Moon trading fees and true cost

Moon uses a layered system of fees:

  • Opening fee: 1% on your initial wager.
  • Rolling fee: Assessed every 8 hours for positions that are kept open; reflects the cost of maintaining market exposure over time.
  • Performance fee: A minimum 10% on realized profits when you close a winning trade; doesn't apply to losing wagers.

Fees are based on your actual stake, not your leveraged exposure. For example, a $100 position with 10x leverage has $1,000 market exposure, but the opening fee is still only $1.

Moon applies the transparent "what you see is what you get" fee structure, meaning that displayed profits already account for estimated fees and rolling costs.

Platform $100 trade fee structure Cost example
Moon 1% opening fee + 10% performance fee + any potential rolling fee $1 opening fee. If you make $50 profit, a $5 performance fee applies.
Kalshi Trading fee based on contract price and payout $0.07 up to $1.75 depending on contract price
Polymarket Different taker fee rates depending on category Taker fee rate of 0.07 with a 20% maker rebate on crypto

Payment methods and withdrawals

Considering its connection to Stake and the platform’s focus on crypto markets, Moon is expected to support Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or USDC and other major coins for deposits and withdrawals.

As the platform grows, we could see the addition of fiat methods such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay, and e-wallets like PayPal or Venmo.

Moon trading limits and liquidity

Moon has not announced any per-user or per-market trading limits at this stage. In due time, these will surely be revealed and available to the entire user base.

Liquidity will be one of the defining factors of Moon’s trading experience. Established platforms like Kalshi and Polymarket already have a large pool of active traders, which helps keep markets moving smoothly. As a newer site, Moon may need time to build that same level of activity, meaning some markets could start with thinner liquidity.

For smaller trades in popular markets, this may have little impact, but users placing larger trades should check that there is enough market activity to support them.

As Moon attracts more traders, deeper markets should naturally see improvements in execution quality.

Moon customer support

Customer support at Moon can be reached via live chat and email, while the platform also has a social media presence across X, Instagram, and TikTok.

The support functions are a little limited at the moment. I tried clicking on "Live Support", but that only opened up an AI chatbot that tried directing me to pre-written help answers

So far, the platform’s social media profiles are largely empty with only a handful of followers.

Moon updates and recent news

There have been no major platform updates or announcements yet. There is currently no confirmed date for a wider public launch of Moon.com, but we’ll keep this page updated as more official news becomes available.

Moon responsible trading

Moon does not currently have a dedicated responsible trading page, although this may be introduced as the platform develops.

Like any activity that involves putting money on the line, trading and prediction markets carry risks. Losses can happen quickly, especially when using mechanics like leverage.

You should set clear limits, avoid trading more than you can afford to lose, and seek professional support if you feel the activity is becoming difficult to control.

Whether you think prediction markets are the same as traditional gambling or not, the same risks apply. Don't hesitate to call one of the national helplines if you think your habits are out on control: 1-800-MYRESET or 1-800-GAMBLER.

Alternatives to Moon

If Moon’s current approach doesn’t match your style, you may want to consider some established prediction market platforms instead:

  • Kalshi: CFTC-approved platform offering a broad range of markets and a welcome bonus up to $500.
  • Polymarket: One of the biggest names in prediction markets, known for deep liquidity and a wide selection of global event markets.
  • Novig: Brand new prediction market with a sole focus on sports.
