I am a player from Austria. I won with one bet 38.500,- Euro at 1XBET and have now a problem to payout the whole money. After this large profit I am able to withdraw 21000,- Euro via Skrill in little steps max. 2500 Euro steps. Not more is going. After that all withdrawals are blocked and I canīt make any withdrawal.


Then there was still 17.500 Euro,- into my account. They want to made a special verification. I sent them all what they want. This special verification took a lot of time and after 11 days the result of this special verification was that I canīt login into my 1XBET account. Now, my large profit is 24 days ago and I still canīt login into my account and they answer no e-mails from me. Until now they talked only with SBR and told them, that I should have used a device of another player and so they closed my account without to payout my money of 17.500 Euro.


But my very big problem is that I made nothing wrong, have only one account at 1XBET, used only my real name, used only my own laptop with only my own cable internet wich always has the same static IP and now they closed my account and say that I should have used a device of another player. BUT THE ONLY THING THAT I HAVE DONE WRONG IS TO WIN A BET AT 1XBET.COM!


The only reason they can have is that 17.500,- Euro is a lot of money and they donīt want to payout so much money. And it looks like that 1XBET donīt must payout my money, they only must say that I have used a device of another player and that is enough. CAN THAT BE TRUE? CAN 1XBET GET AWAY WITH IT? I CANīT BELIEVE THAT!!!!!

1xBet is run by Russians and situated in Russia, I'd imagine it'd be difficult to collect if they are unwiling perhaps you can negotiate a reduced payout or something. SBR can do little for you as I doubt they care about the SBR rating.

They do talk to SBR about all cases and have asked multiple times to have their rating upgraded. So I think they do care.

Also, for the record, the vast majority of these cases we read about on forums end up being explained or resolved.

1xbet are their own worst enemy PR wise and create most of the unrest with their terrible communication but not all the player complaints you see are 'fair'.

I can only talk about my case. I made 100% nothing wrong and I can swear you that I tell you the truth. My case is a big case, because I have 17.500,- Euro into my 1XBET account!

You write that 1XBET explain always the cases. In my case they explained SBR that I should have used a device of another player, they also told SBR the name of this another player. But I donīt know this person and every time when I have logged into my account I used only my own laptop and always my own cable internet, which has always the same static IP. 1XBET donīt explained at which account activity, date and time I should have used the device of another player and so this can not be enough and so 1XBET donīt explained my case. Anyway 1XBET have no reason not to payout my money. The only reason can be that 17.500,- Euro is a lot of money and they want to keep the money.

I can 100% say that 1XBET is cheating, because I know that I donīt do anything wrong! Have you an idea what I can do now?

There are a lot of sportsbooks where if a player comes in with a small deposit and wins 30,000 from an exotic or 10 game run out of the gate, they are going to have a little meeting to come up with a violation. Its very easy to tweak the database so a player looks like more than one acct or related to another etc.

Now, has 1xbet done that here? We can never know. Has the player lied and knows the other player? We know arb hunters are always going to do their thing. A soft line is worth the risk a lot of the time. But all we can say is players should stay with good books that have a real license and/or reputation to lose. The 4th or 5th layer of mgt at bet365 isnt going to come up with a plan to save the company $20,000 and put everyone above him on the line, risking criminal repercussions.

It is no secret! At the 8th of May Levante plays at home against Atl. Madrid in the Primera Division. Levante was a very big outsider, because Atl. Madrid had to win this game and so before the start of the game Levante had odds for the home win between 15 and 20, but after the goal from Atl. Madrid, Levante has an odd for the home win of 77.14 at 1XBET (other bookies had odds between 60 and 70) and so I deposited 500 Euro into my 1XBET account and bet on the home win and so I won 38.500,- Euro.

This was all! I bet only on a home win of one game of the Primera Divison, which is one of the biggest soccer leagues in this world. I am not an arb hunter and I donīt bet an exotic league or had a 10 game run or something like this.
