    betus closed my account after 1 losing bet and stole 30$

    Hi,

    19/02 :
    - I deposited 100$ via skril
    - I placed a bet 70$ (1-10 minutes after depoit) (nba player props, valid line)
    - I tried to login 1-2 hours later but i got an error: my account is deactivated


    Util now I sent 10 emails to betus.

    1st email from betus on the same day: ( I sent all my emails from my skrill acouunt email, but )


    Please reply back to this message with the email address linked to your Skrill Account so we can initiate the payout of your account balance.



    2nd mail from betus:

    24/02:

    26/02: last email from betus: ( I sent 2 emails after their last email, no answer)

    Your Skrill withdrawal went to "paid" on the 22nd of February. It normally takes three to five business days from that date.



    So betus closed my account after 1 nba props bet (70$) promised 3 times that they will payout me, but they lied all the way. So we can say that betus stole 30$ from me.

    I registered my account 2007 but i placed my 1st bet only this month.

    1st email was this: (not that one i shared in 1st post, sorry )

    "It is imperative that we get to speak to you over the phone regarding your recent deposit attempt. "

    then i answered that i wont make internatinal calls and some other thoughts
    - I can give all necesserly data in email or skype
    - They can call me if they want
    - I asked some question ( what if i have no phone, dump etc)
    - said that i hope they know the forum called SBR (if there is any other probem ... )

    I sent an emai after i opened this topic with the topic link ( and in the last but one email i gave them 8 hours to complete my withdrawal before i open a new topic here)

    I am from Europe at that time there was no skrill/neteller deposit option at US style bookmakers, and in lot of case there was nothing on their page about banking so you have open account to figure it out. (They do not answer to emails , i have recently written to at least 6 bookmakers and only 3 replied on my banking questions)

    How is that strange? There are hundreds of bookies out there. I personally have opened accounts where I haven't followed up with a deposit... I might one day do it, if there is a good promo, or if I get booted where I usually play, but if not, no need to. What wrongdoing does that imply in your opinion anyway?

    I can't imagine any "wrongdoing" which it implies. Just that it does seem rather extraordinary.
    I've never been inclined to open an account purely on spec.
    I see that the OP has now posted a reasonable explanation.

    As you can see i am not too good in english

    i can read and i can write in english but i am not good at listening and speaking in english

    I sent them that my telepone subspriction is not allowed me to make me internatinal calls

    i sent them that i can share every information that they want in email or skype

    So what ?

    When i registered 10 years ago there was no phone number in there registartion form.

    So what they want to ask me on phone?

    As you can see I asked them what if i am dumb .....

    Skype provide an easy to use service you can fund with just a few bucks and make the call.

    Customer service is one of the worst ever.
    Withdrawals take forever.
    And that is nothing new with this bookie.
    There is ZERO need to use this book EVER, sorry. And honestly everybody knows this since years.
    They might have a case here, or not: but that doesn't change the fact that it is a useless book all around.

    They should credit my skrill account with $30 so i do not understand why they are talking about $100

    But this email was another lie.

    I have not got any penny to my skrill account yet.

    They closed my account after 1 losing bet and they want KYC.

    Betus told me 3 times that they paid out me . Last time 17 hours ago.

    What do you think

    I tried to edit it to meet your request but you had posted something that made it not work. Sent a message to admin to try but I guess they had the same issue.

    Personally I think you should re-post all that again.

    It clearly shows you being unreasonable and demanding, kind of like your attitude here as well, and also clearly shows that betUS have done nothing more than ask for a justifiable KYC request over and again quite politely as you go from demanding multiple times that "I will not make an international phone call" onto the lamest excuse ever... I cant make an international call from here.

    Well guess what? You don't always get everything you demand no matter how much you stamp your feet.

    If your 30 bucks is this important to you, then make a call. If not, then thread closed.

    So sbr thinks the same as jjgold that this is about money.

    No, it is about a bookmaker that closed one of their customer's account only after 1 losing bet and constantly lying they already processed payouts

    It is about UNFAIR bookmaker behavior

    Please share me your thoughts on how can a company validate (do kyc on) any person via phone?

    They have never asked any identity doc from me. Why? They would only believe in my words?
    All european, all real/valid bookmakers asks for id/address documentation.

    If betus can tell lie on payouts then can i say i am dumb/mute? Or only bookmakers allowed to tell lies?
