Ediit by SBR: The player's deposit of $50 was applied to his account earlier today. BetOnline indicated there was a system error at the time, and a manager is making contact with the player to explain and offer a compensatory credit for the inconvenience.

Yesterday I have made a deposit via skrill/moneybookers to Betonline.ag. The deposit left my skrill/moneybookers account, but never got credited by Betonline. Betonline chat support claims they have not received it, although I have provided all evidence, and they simply tried to fob me off when I contacted them insisting it was my problem and not theirs.
Using skrill for almost 10 years this has never happened to me.
I see Betonline are rated high and a sponsor here. What does anyone make of it?
