    1xbet- biggest scammers - avoid them

    I've being placing bets for almost 3 months. And haven't asked for withdraw. My account balance riches 1425 euro and I've made withdraw request of 200 euros and then begin their process of trying to not giving me my money. First they asked for identification document and I've sent to them front and back of my national id card. After that they asked for picture of me holding that document and I've provided them with that. after that they asked me for sending them this docs:
    We ask you to send us the following documents:
    A copy of agreement for your credit/debit card that you used
    Bank Statement
    Utility Bills (for the last three months)
    A photo of your ID (passport/driver licence)





    I've provided them with all of this.

    And then I've received e-mail that they're closing my account and voided all my bets and just giving me my deposited money. All my bets were live bets.

    Is there anything that i could do in order to get my money from this thieves and scumbags.

    I would stay away too

    It seems like a scam book for Lithunia even though they have legal shops

    I thought a few months back it was ok but not on par with a place like Fonbet or Marathon

    1.There is nothing wrong with any of my bets (they were all settled after match finished, mostly it was live-bets with odds 10-15% smaller than industry average (you have poor live-bet offer but I was forced to play just live-bet since I was blocked for pre-match betting))

    after verification, withdrawals always arrived after 5 Minutes - very fast.

    at the beginning I didn't have any problem also, withdrawals arrived in 5 minutes like you said, then more than a month ago I was asked to verify account to be able to withdraw remaining funds
    I sent id, passport, driving licence, skrill screenshot, bank statement and picture of myself holding id, they asked for the same documents over and over again and after I sent them everything they asked for they blocked my account I can' t log in and they don't reply to my emails anymore
    I talked with their online consultant, called them on the phone, and the only thing they tell me is to connect with their security and that they don't have any information
    I had 3486 euros on my account that they stole from me and my advice is to stay away from thieves like them

    that sounds really bad.. o.k i didn` have so much Money there, that`s maybe why, they didn`t make any toubles.

    Same here everything was fine but when i started winning and my balance reached 1400€ wouldnt let me withdraw and not answering my email, if they do just to say "Documents are reviewed in the order that they were received. You will be notified by email once your documents have been processed." besides i've been blocked from betting cant place any thing on any market ! really really annoying, i dont know what to do really since ive been losing on other books and winning with them i'll basically lose 1400€ like that .. hurts
