I withdrawed 400 EUR from 1xbet, but only 380 EUR arrived to neteller.
1xbet claim on their page that Neteller withdrawal is free : https://www.1-x-bet.com/en/information/payment/
I contacted 1xbet, 1st time they blamed neteller, neteller claimed that 1xbet sent only 380 EUR, after i forwarded neteller emailt to 1xbet they answered :
Dear user, in some specific circumstances payment processing fees issued by payment systems for deposits and withdrawals, which are usually paid by 1xBet, may be charged to the customer on certain accounts.Thanks for understanding.
