    Bet-at-home.com moved away from my Country without a notice????

    The whole story:

    Friday made a deposit at bet-at-home.com to benefit from their 100% 200€ deposit bonus (I've deposited 150 by Skrill). Nice easy Euro Qualifiers and I'm now at 600 EUR.

    Today since late lunch time (CET) no access to the site, it was down.

    Right now appears this message:
    Due to changes in legislation, bet-at-home.com is no longer available to customers in Portugal.

    Your account and the information regarding the same will be managed by our partner Betclic - world leader in online gaming service.

    My problem:
    1# Legislation changes will only be on after September
    2# It's impossible they didn't knew by Friday that these will happen, so why the fkk didn't they warned costumers (new and old)
    3# Already send an email to costumer service, not a single reply
    4# clicked on the go to Betclic page and put your bet-at-home login.....it says it recognizes me as a bet-at-home costumer but I have to open a Betclic account...wtf???

    Anyone from Portugal (or elsewhere if it happened also to you) can shed some light on this for me?

    Please let us know if you are able to open the Betclic account and obtain your balance.

    Have you asked them if you can simply be refunded your recent deposit?

    Optional,

    Already spoken with Betclic live chat support and they say that they cannot migrate my bet-at-home account to Betclic because I already have a betclic account (and btw this is perhaps the most idiotic thing I've heard, all my data is exactly the same, so it would be a walk in the park to migrate the account - and to make it simpler I've never made a transaction/bet/nothing at Betclic, I'm just registered!).

    Already send two emails just to get a reply, an explanation from Bet-at-home.....nothing so far!

    And they deleted all possible visible pages, so I can't even see a phone number to contact them!

    Can SBR help me in any way?

    This is getting so suspicious....

    Be at home is the worst bookie ever, they simply put a lot of juice, in terms of custumer service and money safety I think that they are ok.

    As the author of this topic, my account on Bet-At-home was closed, due to the new legislation in Portugal. The account was closed without notice. Because I already had a account in Betclic, was not possible to send my balance to a new betclic account. The balance need to be pay by bank account, that is not the problem, as I have already sent my bank details.
    My total balance is around 1000 euros and BAH only want to pay me 800 euros. They said that I didn’t fulfill the rollover conditions. This information is not correct and BAH do not give.me more infoemation.
    I get the world cup bonus, 200 euros, in June 2014. I do not remember how much I bet, but I lost all my deposit and bonus amount. In Mach 2015 BAH gave me 10 euros from my Birday, and I made in more two deposits, around 300 euros in total. I made several bets and my balance on 29th March was about 1000 euros.

    Can BAH remove 200 euros and paiy only 800€?

    They can pay you pro rata if rollover is not complete but they should explain to you exactly why your account still had a rollover balance if you did not expect it.

    BAH is not being honest. The last email, they gave the reason (I will try translate)

    You should ask for a better explanation including date of the bonus or bonuses in question and how much rollover was required.

    And if you are able try to check if there were any odd cents left over each time you have reloaded.

    After severals emails, Bet-at-Home recognized that I was right and agreed to pay the remaining amount to my Bank account
