I have been betting online this for over 6 years and play poker. This is a quick list of reason of why YOU MUST AVOID BETONLINE. I do like their poker until it crashed a few days ago and I was left without my money for 48 hours. And in the end this is the reply I get:

We unfortunately cannot provide any sort of compensation for the incident in question. You can be assured that these issues are not of the norm in which this has now been rectified. We do appreciate your understanding in this regards.
--Bet online deposits take longer than anywhere else when using ** and person to person.
--Customer service folks barely speak or understand English let alone actually get anything done. You need to get beyond the supervisors to get anywhere.
--Betonline "IF Bets" blow. You can only do them on the phone and only your original wager if that.
--Betonline You can't buy any points on parlays.
--This is a big hidden "screw our customer" concept they implemented a year and a half ago. If you ever use their LIFETIME bonus of 25% you have the usual 6 times rollover (which isn't bad), however you also CANT MAKE A CASHOUT for 30 days. In 2013 I was up around 10 grand and couldn't cash out because I had received a bonus for a $12.50 free play a week before. I am not lying about that. Even if you go to complete zeros you have to wait 30 days. There is no reset.
--Poker issue and lack of customer concern. Their poker platform isn't bad, but they have ton of connection issues and take their damn time in resolving issues.
--They will pay out but many times there is an issue. I had $2000 go missing from my account and I eventually had to track it down as they said their processor couldn't issue the wire. Instead of getting a hold of me I had to contact them to track it down.
--They have more hidden disclaimers than any other site online. Like I said a 30 DAY HOLD on payouts if you take a free play lifetime bonus. A rollover is understandable, but even if you go broke 5 times and deposit you still have to wait 30 days from the time the bonus was issued? Can anyone name me another site that does that?
Overall they are just an awful operation. I have gone back once in a while just for the poker and they repeatedly disappoint me. STAY AWAY FROM BETONLINE. You will see the number of negative threads on here and they deserve every one.
