I got information that yesterday I finally will recieve my money

of course there is still no money

I made a withdraw of ~1600 EUR (1st January), and another ~900eur is on my account

does anyone have similar problem with them?

yesterday the payment department assured me I get my money today

I didnt get my money so I started to write to them what is going on. They didnt answer any my emails and now I cant log in (a few hours earlier - before I started to write to them I could log in)

lol, I made a few withdrawal before, I placed many,many picks and now when my balance account is high they're saying I am fraud ! but they diddnt get me any details

Try to remain professional and just get as much info as you can rather than argue for now.

Sounds like nothing will happen before normal office hours next week now. Probably when the security staff that deal with these things are next at work.

They have not responded about a recent complaint. I don't know any more than that though.

Irony is, the last one is titled ''Get your money back now!''

I received same email, and every other promotional emails.I'm very nervous, when I see these mails in my inbox.
How is it possible? They stole lot of money from clients, and this company is still working.I read many complaints one of polish forum.
