nah man i never leave my dog outside when i'm not home and i always call him inside anytime he barks.

problem is the neighbor hangs out in his backyard 24/7 and walks around just outside the fence causing my dog to bark b/c he hears him... and the second my dog barks he flips out.

i could even hear this guy using a weed whacker during heavy rain on sunday.

he is white, ive never got a good look at him though.

when i moved in he never introduced himself. I would have introduced myself but we got off on the wrong foot quick b/c he yelled at my dog on day 1.

the reason i never got a good look at him is my fence is solid wood and about 6ft tall. so i only see his head popping over the fence to yell.

he looks crazy though his hair looks like he stuck his finger in the socket and he looks strung out
