Hopefully last year of this tourney. Or at least last year of qualifying taking 3 months where 80% plus of the field is competing for 12 spots while the remaining few are basically given free pass.

Aggs you guys just proved last year that this game is 90% luck! Well that and the suckage of our US team not named Rudy and me.

All I recall is mrmarket calling an allin vs me dead to 3 outs and hitting a miracle. I seem to recall aggieshawn doing the same thing vs me heads up for all the chips

But other than that good show mate

. Other than Rudy our US team was shyte. If only d2bets, playersonly and robertwrath were as good as they thought they were.

I can say I was relieved not to see Bracerman. Dude had the special "lou" program. hell, Lou was even in chat rooting for him during his matches. I mean its a real advantage when the guy can see your cards. Kat saw him in Vegas and said he looked "normal", but I am still not convinced.

Hey Tatddy, do you have a final points total from last year? I'm pretty sure I got 2nd for team US. Not that it matters, since it was still a horrible performance. But not sure why you gotta bash everyone. The only update I could find is this:

This years WC team has so many flaws I can't list them.
Last year, everyone was saying Team Canada was done for by discontent and in-fighting.

However, as I recall we had the tourney won by Day 2 at noon.

This year. No heart. No fight. Not Canadian. We play on heart. We fight on heart. We win on Heart.

Last year, Frizzilli was claiming to be our best player and we all knew him to be our worst.
This year. The ego's are even more larger but skill level is even worse.

Truthfully, if we finish outside of 4th I would be surprised as hell.

I will end with this. Team Canada of 2012 was the best team EVER. I REPEAT EVER TO PLAY IN THIS EVENT.

Anything after last year is just...

well Bigday playing and winning with 2-7 offsuit. Guppyville.

Have fun boys...but the party is already over. The fat lady has sung. Turn out the lights.

Yup, we did well last year we had a good group of guys.

however you, Sin and BD and the others should be able to hang in there with the other teams, never be embarrassed about playing for your country regardless how uncompetitive you feel the team may be.

On a personal level, the event was wayyyy to long for me to get involved this summer maybe next time if the
event takes place in a reasonable timeframe..not a half a fuccking year to play for an ipad and points.
