If you want to hit the links with SBR John and company in a top 50 world golf course at Teeth of the Dog in Punta Cana, there is one spot open in a foursome.

Green fees: $400 (note: Must bring own clubs or pay rental fee ranging from $60-$240)

Transportation from the Hard Rock to the course will leave approximately 10AM.

Opti played the hard rock course and quite honestly if you're any kind of golfer you'll be disappointed. I think there is a man made lake on 1 of the holes....rest of course very flat and wide open.....I do recall they ran out of carts when we played there....was a big convention at the resort and their group was playing. Had to wait 45 minutes after tee time to play waiting for carts to return

If you don't want to pay 400 for a round and cant get a business discount, Punta Espada is a great course ($175-$200 a round) and Iberostate Bavaro Golf Course are both pretty nice

i agree....golf overrated....I've played some very nice courses in my day....probably played over a 1000 rounds of golf....I love it...but some of these green fees are getting out of hand....plus the marshals with hard dicks running around acting like hitler.....I've been in more trouble at golf courses for 2 things...they don't like you bringing your own beer...and they really don't like you taking your shirt off

Nothing spectacular, I have spent most of my life working at golf courses. I was GM of my home club but then moved to the mountains and work at a club in the valley now. If I want to play anywhere I just call to whatever course I am playing and talk to the head professional, usually get comped. It doesn't apply to everywhere but many southern teaching pros come up to work at private clubs here in Montana during summer months so getting to know and play with these people pays off later when traveling
