Any reason to not go under in all of these Carolina games?
Awful weather in the game in Raleigh. Other games are in the same location
these teams can barely run on the field much less execute a football play

i was saying that O/U #'s should drop by 30 points or so with horrible weather - vs. perfect weather...... but it seems like they move 3-4 points or maybe slightly more
nc state vs. ND was comically sloppy on everything.......... needed to be really close to have decent chance at a field goal
so the answer to your question is resounding yes...
