I assume you're referring to PlayersOnly penalty, as all other penalties have been correctly deducted.

#2 The rules state "you must maintain SBR Pro status", so anyone who lapsed today is ineligible.

Non-pros, as always, were allowed to play in the daily trnys. But the rules say only Pros by Dec 1, and still a Pro, for the finale.
