I respectfully disagree, Gold. There are plenty of gold nuggets in the foothills of the next couple of weeks. We have bowl games and Saturday NFL, and while the markets swell for those, you can pick and choose from the other leagues.

And paying attention to the markets now can reveal even more nuggets as we approach the New Year.

Which means I do agree, if you do take off, come back on the 26^th ready to roll.

There’s nothing I love more than a Vegas full of New Year’s and Holiday visitors waiting to plunk money down on “their” teams, with virtually zero handicapping whatsoever.

As usual, it’s all about the approach bettors take.

And, as usual, Sammy's right and this is one reason we winners win:
