Poker players: Qestion on a mobile version

We are in the process of receiving bids to develop a mobile version of SBR Poker. The version would allow you to play on any Apple product or Android, ect.

Of course the first priority is to solve the disconnect problem which is already under way. We made some good progress this weekend and will have that fully resolved soon.

The question is how important is a mobile version to you guys? It's a significant investment and if its not something you feel fits in don't be shy to let us know.

Personally, I cannot think of a scenario in which I would be able to sit and play SBR poker for an hour (roughly the min time for a tourney) but unable to access my computer. The ring games are relatively inactive most of the time anyway, so I don't think anyone is going to go on their phone just to get into a ring game for a few minutes.

Would be cool to have, but I assume that your money could be spent wiser elsewhere.

It looks to be where things are headed. Might as well get started on something you'll eventually have one day anyways.

You might want to consider paying posters points to be "poker props" to keep the ring games full.

Also look into your fraud software as well. You've banned a loyal poster and poker player that has never cheated or ghosted.

I'm new so my opinion isn't worth much. But I say it would be a huge asset. I can't tell you how often I register for a tourney only to have life interrupt. It would be nice not to have to unregister or worst throw away your chips because you have to go. That being said, if the poker room isn't popular I'm sure the money could be better spent promoting it or other SBR services.

The smaller tablets, like the Nexus 7, is perfect size for a poker table.

As soon as it is available, poker real money apps(phone or tablet), folks will play 3 times as much poker, mark my words. For me, I would no longer buy laptops and will stick to tablets once real money poker is available on this mobile medium. Your current SBR poker screens need to be smaller, as people multitable and your current poker software stinks for allowing people to multitable with 4 poker tables not interfering with each others view. Currently I have an Apple iphone 3gs, a Samsung galaxy s3 and a nextbook 8" tablet all waiting for real money poker apps.

How about a decent desktop version first sbr, before you go and waste fuk'in money on a crap mobile version? One that shows your folded hole cards or doesn't auto call you! How about a version that doesn't fuk you on the river everytime with a one outer? I can barely stand to play this stupid shit fuk software now, let alone on a mobile device. When I am multitabling, I do not have time for a game of let's hide the cards b.s. Just show me the folded cards like every poker site does. I am not asking for folic acid. People have HUD's, so obviously excess info is part of the online experience. People grind at poker sites that most fulfill what they are looking for in online poker. I am not worried if SBR want to make screens that take up two thirds of the screen and hide their cards after a fold. I win by playing a volume of games, others do not have that luxury, so SBR may be losing grinding players to other poker sites.
