I have money in my account so I am not going to leave but after this I am GONE. They dick you around and take forever to process payouts...they sent a ** to the wrong state for me once....they lie about bonuses and rollovers....they make up rules....and their GM is a total douche.

I was once told and I have the phone call recording because they sent it to me....that my CS Rep Joe said "I will place this bet for you" The game wins and go figure he couldn't place it because he is a CS Rep and not wagering....so when I called them out on it and said you all are horrible they sent me the call and said he never said he would place it when he clearly says " I will place it and take care of it for you"
