All the money is on McGregor therefore McGregor must lose. So here are the ways that it can happen.

1. McGregor re-injures his knee.

2. McGregor loses via disqualification due to strikes to the back of the head.

Number 1 is too obvious. Number 2 is far more likely & the controversy will make a title match with Aldo still possible.


For the record I have plays on McGregor straight, McGregor rd 1, McGregor TKO & ITD. Also the fight doesn't start rd 3 & 4. So I certainly hope that neither of these Thor worthy conspiracies will not happen.

Over and over i try to explain to asshats like urself that these lines that are this high, are set for a reason and that is to intice a clown like u to bet the other side. A Silva back in the day, JJones, GSP, Mayweather, Rhonda. They know the opponent doesn't have a real shot so they set the line super high and like i said a guy like u falls for it hook line and sinker. If u think there is big money on McGregory at these insane odds then maybe u should stop wagering.

look at Rousey's ridiculously-chalky price in her upcoming tilt with Zingano..as if she was fighting a local high-school wrestling star stand-in

books know that people WILL indeed pay prices like this in droves...altho' most that do so, manage to convince themselves that they're not really playing the uber-fave straight-up by putting it in a parlay...

for example, if you had barao as the last leg in a still-kickin' parlay, as many did a few months ago...you didn't just lose the apparently-small stake on the parlay...in effect, it's as if you had bought a straight up "barao at minus-huge" ticket, staking the full-amount you'd accumulated thus far...you bought the straight, even tho' you don't like to think you did

when a big fave loses, most of the huge winfall to the books is from all the broken parlays...not from people risking a thou to win a hundo...

last night tons of parlays were broken early cuz people wise enough to not play nunes-975 WERE stupid enough to think that including him as a nice little 10%-payout booster in their "investment grade" parlay was somehow different
