So... I watched the video SBR sent me last week... set up my Coinbase whatever it is and set up a Blockchain wallet.

Received my winnings today into the Blockchain wallet.

Now what?

I went to Coinbase and I verified my payment method (is that what I verified?) w/ my micro deposits so it now knows my checking account.

But... what the fukk is Coinbase and how do I do anything with it? Do I need to tell it my wallet address, and then I can "sell" the Bitcoin so that the $$ go into my checking account? I see nowhere where it explains how to do anything and nothing seems intuitive to me. I don't see clearly where/how I link my wallet to this.

Do I need to watch more videos somewhere? I guess I wouldn't mind if they would help.

I hate feeling stupid, but I've never been a finance/economics guy and this already makes me feel incredibly stupid.

Coinbase is an exchange. After you transfer Bitcoins to Coinbase, you can sell those Bitcoins for $. After that, transfer money to your bank.

I have been able to get the Bitcoin into my Coinbase wallet but cannot seem to sell my bitcoin into $$ in my verified CC. Any ideas?

You should have a USD wallet in you Coinbase account. Send it there then hit the withdraw button.

From what I can see, Canadians are screwed. There is no way (that I have seen yet) to get the BTC into any $$ (USD or CAD)....

Get a wallet address from Coinbase and go to blockchain and send btc to that address. Copy address in coinbase and paste it in blockchain makes it easier.

Are the funds in your wallet in CA$ or US$ Beer?

There should be plenty of Coinbase videos on youtube, so you need to watch those.

I've traded on localbitcoins. They have plenty of methods(Paypal, cash deposit, Mo-ney Gra-m, ...) to get money for your coins. But, only trade with good rating buyers with at least 500 trades.

Thanks Opti, I saw this but I did not research the ETH option, was not sure if it was going to be circular. I will look at this and also localbitcoin option that TB recommended.
