Umpire streakers

Now that it is the 1st of July weekend we will start up a new umpire streakers thread.
All plays are 1 unit and we will go with both overs and unders for these plays.
All of the umpires need to have at least 10 games under their belts, and have to have at least a 61% winning record on the total side of things.

Do you blind tail all or just pick and choose based on other variables you like on a game by game basis? It doesn't seem profitable to tail a system hitting around .500.
