Thursday Night Football Prop Predictions

Matt Ryan Under 232.5 passing yards (-115) ★★★★

Matt Ryan has logged two 350-plus yard performances in 2022, yet both came in games when the Colts fell behind big early. The Broncos haven't built a significant lead on any team this season.

The Broncos are allowing just 192.8 passing yards per game. They've allowed just one quarterback to throw for over 200 yards against them through four games.

With Jonathan Taylor’s status unknown, it may seem likely that the Colts will rely more heavily on their passing game. Yet even if that happens, it's unlikely Ryan finds much success against a Broncos secondary that has been playing great all season.

Michael Pittman Jr. Under 66.5 receiving yards (-115) ★★★

The Broncos have allowed just two wide receivers to surpass the 70-yard mark in 2022. Those players were Deebo Samuel and Davante Adams. While Michael Pittman, Jr. has been good, he's not on their level.

Pittman has gone over 66.5 yards just twice in 2022, and he managed only three catches for 31 yards in Week 3 against the Titans. His target share was also down significantly, as six throws went his way after getting 13 and nine over the first two games of the season.

Ryan will need to rely on tight ends and running backs often on Thursday, and he's more than comfortable doing that. Pittman’s yardage will therefore suffer.

Latavius Murray anytime touchdown (+300) ★★

Latavius Murray was on the Saints’ practice squad two weeks ago. Then he made the trip to London, was given significant playing time with Alvin Kamara out, and he rushed 11 times for 57 yards and one touchdown.

Normally, it’s best to stay away from players who sign with teams on a short week. However, Murray is clearly in game shape, and the Broncos picked him up while in need of a reliable running back.

Denver hasn't been able to get the ball into the end zone often in 2022, and their running backs have been a large reason why. Murray has been a productive scorer throughout his career while notching 52 touchdowns, and he doesn’t fumble. He's fumbled just twice since 2017 while getting over 600 carries during that time.

He's a perfect goal-line option for the Broncos, which makes these odds very enticing.
